Title: Online Customer Experience Host

Responsibilities 
Participant Management: Welcome and admit participants into online meetings and events, ensuring a seamless entry process.
Guest Communication: Effectively communicate event details, changes, and updates to guests, providing clear and concise instructions.
Spotlight Management: Manage the spotlighting of participants, ensuring that the focus is correctly directed to speakers, presenters, and key contributors to the event.
Audio Control: Mute/unmute participants as necessary to maintain a distraction-free and orderly event environment.
Video Control: Monitor video feeds and ensure that participants' video quality and framing are suitable for the event.
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide basic technical support to participants who encounter issues during online events, such as audio or video problems.
Event Flow Management: Assist in maintaining the event flow, including managing breakout rooms, polls, Q&A sessions, and other interactive elements.
Content Management: Ensure that content shared during events is displayed correctly and is accessible to all participants.
Record Keeping: Keep track of attendance and participation data as needed for event reporting.

Requirements 

  • Strong experience in online event hosting or virtual meeting facilitation.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to participants.

  • Familiarity with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage participant lists and event details effectively.

  • A proactive and customer-centric mindset, dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming experience for all participants.

  • Technical proficiency to handle basic troubleshooting and assist with participant technical issues.

  • Adaptability to handle unexpected situations and changes in event schedules.

  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
